3 Hong Kong POS System Success Stories

3 Hong Kong POS System Success Stories

1. The Coffee Academïcs

Quote:

" The flexibility and customizability in the system, for us, was key because we wanted to do some things that many of our competitors in F&B and retail in Hong Kong don't do. Eats365 gave me the confidence that they were up to standard for what we were looking for."

-Frans W. Biegstraaten, CEO

Overview:

The Coffee Academïcs (TCA) were struggling with their inventory management, CRM and analytics before they were able to secure a worthwhile POS system. After switching to Eats365's cloud-based POS system, they were able to run their coffee chain much more efficiently.

Benefits:

New POS system interface run through iPad allowed for quick learning and minimal staff training.

Deep analytics meant that The Coffee Academïcs could access detailed sales reports for all their locations in real time

Tiered loyalty program integrated into TCA's system so that they could incentivise customers to spend more and increase brand loyalty

In depth accounting integrated with TCA's new POS system to allow for a robust overview of company performance.

2. Kabo Burger

Quote:

"The solution that Eats365 has provided for us is easy-to-use while making managing our business easy. We also enjoy the low cost and high quality, which is like that of a large fast-food chain POS system."

- Mr Chan, Shop owner

Overview:

Kabo Burger required a POS system that could help them improve turnover while also offering modules like e-signage and expedite display to manage large influxes of customers and outgoing orders. Finally, due to space restrictions, they required a POS that was small, compact and yet powerful.

Benefits:

The customizability of Kabo Burger's new POS system made it easy for them to set up menu keys, combos and modifiers

Built-in queue management, allowed staff to effectively seat customers without getting overwhelmed and confused

The compact form factor of the POS meant that Kabo Burger did not have to set aside a large amount of space

Integrating an expedite module with Kabo Burger's new POS meant that packers got relevant information about each order quickly and efficiently. This was another way in which turnover was increased.

Another integrated module, this time in the form of order pickup signage, allowed customers to easily see when their orders were ready and get their food when it was at its freshest.

3. 66 Hotpot

Quote:

"We like the way managing our menu is now swift and simple. The PhotoMenu attracts more customer orders, which is good for business. We also enjoy the support we get from the Eats365 development team."

- Sam, Shop owner

Overview:

In the past, 66 Hotpot's customers had to mark off items by hand on disposable menus. Staff had to then interpret these orders, leading to plenty of errors. It was also very difficult for 66 Hotpot to change all their menu items whenever new dishes were added to the menu. Finally, they needed a compact solution that was still powerful and robust with useful modules.

Benefits:

Placed orders are directly sent to the POS for confirmation, bypassing the need for staff to manually deliver orders

66 Hotpot's owners are now able to directly change their menu items as necessary across all their PhotoMenus at the same time

66 Hotpot has integrated several PhotoMenus with their POS system to reduce staff numbers by letting customers place their own orders

66 Hotpot's customers are able to review their order content or edit their orders directly in the shopping cart of the PhotoMenu, which leads to more accurate orders.
