Summary: Eats365 service abnormality

Description: POS, BYOD and services related to Eats365 cloud were affected and our engineering team is currently in the midst of fixing the issue.

Diagnosis: Not available at the moment

Work around: Merchants may use POS to punch in order under offline mode by POS.
