We at CoCo have been working with Eats365 for about a year now. When we first chose them, it was mainly because of the system’s “open API" feature. Throughout the collaboration, whether it’s connecting payment gateways or integrating with different delivery platforms in various countries, the Eats365 team has given us tremendous support. In particular, the ability for delivery orders to be directly transferred into their POS system is very friendly for the operation of our international middle platform on the backend, saving us a lot of integration hassles!

Since adopting Eats365, what we feel the most is that the POS system is simple to operate and extremely fast in response — much faster than the systems we used before — which has effectively improved on-site operational efficiency. In addition, the online ordering is very intuitive, requiring no special instructions, so customers can easily get the hang of it. The order time-limiting feature is especially useful for a yakiniku restaurant like ours, as it prevents the inconvenience of customers placing additional orders after their meal has already finished!

The flexibility and customizability in the system, for us, was key because we wanted to do some things that many of our competitors in F&B and retail in Hong Kong don't do. Eats365 gave me the confidence that they were up to standard for what we were looking for.
