Since adopting Eats365, what we feel the most is that the POS system is simple to operate and extremely fast in response — much faster than the systems we used before — which has effectively improved on-site operational efficiency. In addition, the online ordering is very intuitive, requiring no special instructions, so customers can easily get the hang of it.
